My approach blends mindfulness, holistic healing, and science-backed therapies, and I’m incredibly passionate about helping people achieve deep, lasting transformation through the Internal Family Systems model, or IFS.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) supports trauma healing by helping individuals understand and interact with the different parts of themselves that have developed in response to traumatic experiences. In IFS, these parts are often categorized into managers, firefighters, and exiles, each playing a role in protecting the person from emotional pain. Trauma often causes these parts to act in extreme ways, leading to inner conflict, emotional overwhelm, or avoidance behaviors.
Benefits
Gain a deep understanding of your internal system, leading to enhanced emotional regulation, self-compassion, and increased confidence.
Explore the roles of your internal managers, firefighters, and exiles, and learn how these parts impact your daily life.
Build the ability to communicate effectively with your internal parts, creating a harmonious inner world that supports your growth.
In order to move forward, we have to process pain or our past. Through guided exercises, you will identify core wounds that need attention, unlocking deeper healing and a clearer path to your authentic self.
The sessions are structured around experiential learning, meaning you’ll not only gain knowledge but also practice applying IFS principles in a supportive environment. This hands-on experience is key to making lasting changes.
The IFS model is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps you understand and heal the different parts of your internal system. By working with these parts, you can resolve inner conflicts, heal trauma, and live more authentically.
Bring an open heart, a willingness to explore, and a journal for personal reflection. Comfortable clothing and any personal items that help you feel grounded are also recommended.
Sharing is encouraged but never required. You’ll be invited to share your experiences during group discussions and exercises, but you’ll always have the choice of how much or how little you wish to reveal. The emphasis is on creating a safe space where you can explore at your own pace.
This retreat is designed for high achievers and professionals aged 35-65 who are committed to personal growth, have started some form of self-development work, and are ready to embrace deeper healing through the IFS model.
The sessions at the Unlock Your Authentic Self Retreat are carefully designed to provide a balance of deep introspection, hands-on practice, and supportive group interaction.
The sessions are structured to gradually build your understanding and application of the IFS model. We start with foundational concepts and basic exercises, then move into more advanced practices as the retreat progresses. Each session is designed to deepen your connection with your authentic self and empower you to integrate these insights into your life.
