My approach blends mindfulness, holistic healing, and science-backed therapies, and I’m incredibly passionate about helping people achieve deep, lasting transformation through the Internal Family Systems model, or IFS.

I’ve spent over a decade using IFS to help people heal from trauma—particularly trauma related to outdoor accidents. I’ve also led more than 20 IFS Level 1 and 2 trainings around the world,

Our retreat is led by two Level-3 IFS-certified therapists and will emphasize the following:

IFS

Internal Family Systems (IFS) supports trauma healing by helping individuals understand and interact with the different parts of themselves that have developed in response to traumatic experiences. In IFS, these parts are often categorized into managers, firefighters, and exiles, each playing a role in protecting the person from emotional pain. Trauma often causes these parts to act in extreme ways, leading to inner conflict, emotional overwhelm, or avoidance behaviors.

What our Communities Says About Us ...

Elyce has a special way of tuning into what others are feeling that I've never experienced before. She has been a great guide and coach through months of internal work and growth. Elyce has invested in herself through workshops, training and continuous learning - and she shares her wisdom in each and every of our sessions.
The IFS River Journey on Cataract Canyon with Jenny Fiebig and her staff was an amazing experience that I will never forget. All of my parts felt safe, acknowledged and supported as I ventured for my first experience river rafting. Besides the rafting ... there was plenty of time for reflection and connecting with the beautiful landscape and new friends. Definitely a trip to add to your bucket list.
With Elyce's guidance I was able to let go of the fear and shame I've been carrying as a child. Her compassionate care has brought me back to my true self both consciously and unconsciously. The 8 C's of self now glow bright and warm within me and I can't thank Elyce enough for being with me on this difficult healing journey. I have met many of my therapeutic goals and I will always be thankful for Elyce.
