You start feeling the impending doom of Monday approaching.
Stress trickles in.
Anxiety symptoms build up as we get through our Sunday. You start getting anxious about something that hasn’t even happened yet. You might start getting stomach issues, becoming more irritable or just feelings of unease.
These feelings are very common as the weekend winds down. Being aware of the feelings you are having can help you cope with the anxiety of starting the week over.
Prepare your self for the coming week. Do something you love; enjoy your time off and recharge. Make a “to-do” list to tackle Monday morning, so you feel more prepared
Create a Sunday self-care routine. Prep healthy lunches and snack for the week
Get enough sleep. Relaxation techniques can help calm your mind.
Plan something fun to wind down on Sunday evening and ease into your Monday.
