Jenny has spent over a decade using IFS to help people heal from trauma—particularly trauma related to outdoor accidents. She has also led more than 20 IFS Level 1 and 2 trainings around the world.

We suggest being fully present for the entire 3 days to get the most benefit. However, if you need extra time for self-care, we’ve built in space for breaks and personal reflection.
