The ARC Method stands for Awareness, Regulation, and Communication. It’s a simple, actionable framework that helps you identify emotional triggers, regulate your responses, and communicate effectively, especially during stressful situations.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls and chimes. It helps reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, and restore a sense of inner peace.
Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing that allows you to move freely and feel cozy during the sound bath and creative reflection activities. Mats are provided. Feel free to bring a blanket or pillow.
